Dec. 7th, 2003 11:24 pmI`ve a question for all you HPers out there. Of those of you who have read my story, Crossword Puzzles and know FAP, where do you think it should be placed? Riddikulus? For the most part, it plays out more like a humour fic, but it’s not truly humorous. Dark Arts (Drama, Angst, Mystery, DarkFics, Horror) fits the ending, but not the majority of the story. Astronomy Tower? There’s a definite fluffy side to it, but I’m not sure you could call it romantic. Any ideas?
Another James/Sirius drabble.
The Weather Outside
“I’m bored,” wailed Sirius, glaring at the snowstorm outside.
“Padfoot, we’re snowed in. Deal with it,” James said lazily from the couch beside the fire.
“Prongs, we’re wizards. Has it occurred to you that we can Apparate, or Floo if we want to go somewhere?”
“Has it occurred to you that if the weather’s miserable outside, no sane person wants to go out, even if it’s straight from house to house?” James retorted.
“But I’m bored,” whined Sirius whose sanity – or lack thereof – was never in question.
“I’m sure we can think of something to do.” James quirked his mouth suggestively.
“Like what?” asked the most clueless person in existence.
“Sirius! Think about it!”
Sirius did. “Oh.”
“About time,” James complained. “You can be rather thick at times.”
“But you love me anyway,” Sirius said.
“Of course. Was there ever any doubt? Now come here.”
Talk became redundant after that.
