A/N: This is adult. It's also disjointed. This is on purpose, but I hope the effect works.
Sirius won't think about what James would say, if James knew because James is dead and the dead don't have a voice.
He is too desperate to feel guilty. He needs Lily, holds her so she might break. When he enters her, he stays still for one, two, three heartbeats. Just feeling her around him. Lily has to urge him. "Faster, Sirius. Harder. Fuck me."
Lily falls asleep in his arms. He wakes up to her crying on the other side of the bed. He pretends he doesn't hear, pretends he's still asleep.
It has nothing to do with him.
